samsung frig change out

Has anyone changed out the Samsung frig on a 2020 HC 331RL to a GE frig? Any problems fitting thru door or with mounting bracket?

I've not, but I would measure the GE especially well and look to see how the doors and hinges are removed and you understand what is required. The Samsung is a no brainer to get the doors and hinges out of the way.

Unless the Samsung is broken, why swap it out? Use it, and if it begins to become problematic, then swap it out. We have the Samsung 20RF18HFENBSR model. it's been plugged in an running 24x7x365, Summer and Winter, running on shore power when parked and off the inverter when traveling for 2 solid years now, and it hasn't skipped a beat. I've winterized and unwinterized the ice maker 1 time so far, it's maintained a constant -2 degrees in the freezer and a +34 degrees in the refrigerator, Summer and Winter, with air conditioning on and air conditioning off.

I wouldn't think of swapping it out unless it started having issues. Why go through the expense, time, and work to a swap if it's working perfectly fine.

Still, if you are going to do so, then measure , measure, measure before making the new purchase.

I just checked mine. My door is 28 inches wide, the Samsung without the doors is 26 inches deep. It would go through the trailer door side way if necessary.

Make sure the GE is a counter depth model and otherwise fits the avail;able space. Should be no problem.
