question on brake rotors

We're adding slotting and drilled brake rotors on my TV, a 1997 F250HD 4X4 Crewcab (7.3) and we're having a really tough time getting the old rotors off. There appear to be two spindle nuts, one behind the other. Anyone have a tip on getting the old rotors off?

I had drilled and slotted rotors on my Dodge Dakota and thought they were great--no more warping and cooler, better stops. I have not been able to find S/D rotors for the 2002 F250. Since I haven't been into mine yet, can't help with your question, but would like to know your source for rotors.

I just noticed that I put this question in "Full Timing" and intended to post it in Tow Vehicles. Sooner or later, I'll figure this out.

I bought the s&d rotors at AutoZone, they are a brand called Baer.
