Is The New Smell Going Away?

Good news - There may be hope! After trying almost eveything, I took a co-workers suggestion to try raw coffee to get rid of the new smell in the 04 Mountaineer. About a month ago, I open two large cans of coffee and divided it up into about 24 coffee filters and placed them into the coach everywhere including the basement. I closed everything up and let it sit for a month. When I checked on it the other day - man did it smell like coffee!!! I pulled it home and opened it up to air out for a day. The new smell was gone to me, but I am not the one who is sensitive to it. Sue, who is sensitive to the smell agreed to go into the coach and she agreed it was better but was still afraid to linger in the coach for more than 15 minutes. The good news is she did not have a reaction which she would have had by now in the past. The kids and I at least got to play in it all weekend in the driveway. Sounds like baby steps to our problem but it is a start in the right direction.
