learned something new

Level Up went haywire. Could not get it to retract. Call Lippert tech who installed my unit. He told me where to go to reset my unit. Presto, all is fine. Just removed the connection for 10 seconds, plug it back in, good to go. My call was made on Saturday at 7:30 AM. Now that's good service.

So how about posting the details for when it happens to someone else?

I believe Stiles is referring to the molex connector from the display panel to the leveling box mounted on the ceiling of the front compartment or basement.

I suspect he is referring to the molex connector too. But there are four plastic connectors with wires, so for those who don't know, which one is the one from the display panel. Pictures would be even better.
