I call BS on the dealer. I have shades on every window, which includes emergency windows.

During walk-thru of our 2019 3121rl dealer rep told us that bedroom window above dresser has only white night shade because it is an emergency escape window. In reality, however, it has both the mesh day shade as well as the white solid shade. Go figure!

Makes me wonder which shade/shades I have coming. Both would be good but I (don’t tell the DW I said this) would settle for a night shade.

Thanks, Rusty17. I found the page and joined yesterday. Going to try and ignore all the reasons that made me quit looking at Facebook a few years ago.

Got a call today that my shades were in. Got the rv from storage, took it to dealer and they were quickly installed. Both day and night shades. I am satisfied and pleased after this outcome. Really pleased to have shades through out the rv instead of the accordion things in previous rv’s. Thanks again everyone for your input on this thread.
