A/C blows cold air when furnace is on

I recently bought my first 5th wheel - a 2014 Montana 305RL.

I took it home and connected power to play/test. The furnace does produce warm air but the A/C blows cold air at the same time. The switch has a fan/AC/Furnace/temperature settings. I set it to furnace with the temp I want. Warm air comes out of the floor ducts but cold air comes out of the ceiling ducts as well.
Am I missing something or is this a problem?

Set the fan setting on thermostat to auto.

The most common cause is fan setting to high or low rather than auto.

Welcome to the MOC, and congratulations on your first Fiver, there is a world of knowledge most love to share. I had the same problem last year, a quick search on the MOC and problem solved.

Welcome to the forum! You can use the fan on any setting to air condition, but for furnace or heat pump you need it on auto.
