Well, guess I wasn't expecting this much discussion about passports and such. But, it is valid and good!! So, I'm thinking that we will just go ahead and get passports and save ourselves some grief. As far as the recommended campgrounds, thank you very much for those. If someone has any others to recommend, I will certainly be interested.

Someplace to see while in the area is the Old Fort Niagara. I think it is a National Monument, but maybe just state. They have soldiers in uniform and the restored fort. A pretty place also right on the lake. I think it is less than 25 miles - maybe much closer.
