Flying J Credit Card

How many out there got a letter from Flying J ( Transportation Alliance Bank ) saying they are discontinuing the Credit card as of 11 15 2010.
How sad I realy enjoyed that card, I have to call them and have them send me all the extra payments I made for my travel nest egg.

I just got a new card a week ago. Some of the rewards programs have changed but I don't think Transportation Alliance Bank has been affected

Flying J is now owned by Pilot they are doing some change over things. You may have to get a new card. Pilot is the majority owner.

I noticed that I do not get the "whole penny" off per gallon anymore. No more checking if my number matches up to get a free tank of fuel either.
They have repainted the outside of my local Flying J. I just figured they needed the extra $$$ for the remodel. I did not know about Pilot.

Im posting the letter for any interrested persons out there.
If you read the last paragraph it states how you can obtain a new card that will give the discount, I tried but it seems that Allance Bank wants me to open a checking account, to receive and use there debit card for gas/diesel cash discount.
I declined because there will be a service charge unless a certain dollar amount in maintained, and no I didnt ask them if there was.
