Fridge Light

We use our Montana to weekend and summer vacations, when we have the camper at the house and pluged in, we turn the fridge off, but can't keep the door open to prevent mold from growing inside due to the fridge light that would stay on all the time, is there any way to make the light stay off without removing the bulb???
