Volks Beatle Pulling a 12' trailer
Well I saw it all Today going through Bonita Springs, FL from Texas a old Volks Beatle pulling a old 12' trailer , and yes he was all alone 85 year old with the rear of the beatle about 6" off the ground but going with traffic at 5;00pm tonight 50 mph down 41 headed north so you guys north watch for him as he is headed your way,,, sailer

He must have been going down a hill if the rear of the car was 6" off the ground. The Beetle is a rear drive auto.

Hey if you are in the lower fl area there are no hills to go up or down except the on off ramps ,,, sailer

Noneck,
Did your drive wheels get lifted off the road like the Volkswagen too? Still trying to figure out how they got the thing to move with the drive wheels off the road 6 inches.
I never had a pop-up but have stayed in one. They are nice.

Perhaps I am wrong, but I took it to mean the bumper was about 6" off the road.

Hahaha, yeah...my Jayco was not so heavy so bumper was somewhat sagging and no the drive wheels where on the ground. My mental image was of a VW nearly dragging its bumper on the pavement.
