First suggestions is to check the disconnect switch in the convenience center. Ensure the red key is in the position where it can't be removed.

Second test is to test for 12V on *BOTH* sides of the two red plastic covered circuit breaker on the wall behind the battery.

Have you tried…

Take a look/check out your transfer switch. In our Fuzion when the transfer switch burned up (literally) we had power to the W/D plug and the fireplace but nothing else - 12 volt or 110. Based on some of the other posts about ATS going bad, it might be a cause.

What Carl said.

No DC power. Shore power good.
Take a multimeter. On shore power, check each post of your red 50A self resetting circuit breakers near your batteries. They should all read the same (about 12.4vdc).
Now remove shore power. Check them again.
Which ever one is NOT showing 12vdc on the post, it is bad. Replace it.
Note: charging is also possible via the 7 way cable from your tow vehicle. It could be supplying power on the same (good) side of the breaker.
Buy Bussmann 50A self resetting circuit breakers. Very reliable. You can get them at your local auto parts store.

You would be better off taking this opportunity to upgrade that 50 amp breaker that goes to the hydraulic pump and the inside panel to the Lippert recommended 80 amp breaker. The 50 amp breaker is too light to handle the load from the hydraulic pump motor, and after time the contacts in the breaker start to fail until you have nothing.
