I have a question....In my old 3655 my slide out seals (inside the camper) had white thick seals or padding that went between the slide out and the wall to seal the slide out against the wall. In my new 3685, I don't have those thick white colored seals, but a small thin seal....is this a new and improved item? I always liked the thick seals because I thought it helped insulate the slide out from the cold. The new type I have looks nicer as the slide out sits more flush against the wall and you don't see it anymore...but I didn't want to sacrafice quality for looks...the salesmen tells me it's new and improved, but he also didn't have any answers when I started asking questions about it. He claimed to have inquired about this...and maybe he really did....but who knows?
My main concern is that I'm getting the quality unit I ordered. Does anyone know if this is an option...or an upgrade? I've never seen these new seals until now.I was never given a choice when I ordered the unit as an option...but then again I knew 10 times more about montanas then the dealer did...having owned one in the past.I had to do all of my own research when I ordered it...but until now....I didn't know about these new seals.
