Great idea! And cheap too!

We saw the 3790 online and went to see it the next day. Purchased it then, too. Had been looking for about a year. For us this is the one. Two people, four dogs, lots of outdoor "stuff" that the storage is wonderful for. Love the rear den, the almost "separate" room feel, etc. Still, might not be what you want. Look until you fall in severe like.

We love our 2007 3500RL. We cannot find a floor plan we like better to this day. The doors that close making the back living room a separate room is amazing. Privacy for guests to stay in or when we are watching football and the ladies don't want to join in we just close the doors.
I think the biggest thing with me and the wife are the colors of the interior of all newer RV's. We do not like dark furniture and dark cabinets. The lighter finishes on the oak cabinets makes the RV look twice as big. The dark leather furniture is not a hit with me either. We like fabric sofa and recliners.
I asked Keystone to build this model again just make it 3 feet longer. Add 1 foot upstairs and put the bathroom all in one room. Add 1 foot to the kitchen so you can have the big double refrigerator and add 1 foot to the living room so your feet don't hit if in a recliner and someone is on the sofa.
Full time RVing is different for everyone, that is why they make so many different RV's. It is all what one prefers. Every company makes a rear living room model with an island sink in the kitchen.
Many to choose from, all are great!

We are on our second 3400RL since we started full-timing.
Sorry they stopped making it. It's the best layout for the two of us.

Our dealer sells more 3791 than anything else on the lot. They show 6 Montana 5rs on the front row all the time. We never drive by that a space or 2 is empty for a day. 3791 they told me is #1.

We have owned the 3400 RL since new, nearly 12 years. Its held up well, some graphics have been replaced, just finished up with the shear springs, overall couldn't ask for better.
The floor plan is hard to beat, we have looked at newer thinking we need to upgrade, but just not seeing anything we like any better. Yes a lot more bling, and some things that would be nice, double fridge, and level up, but thats about it .

3605 rl is our favorite. Not having an island or u-shaped counter and cabinet makes for the largest unrestricted living area. Wished this floorplan was still available as our 2008 is getting weary.

2019 3855BR so far we love it. Extra bedroom is my wife's girl's cave for sewing when snowbirding.

One thing we have on our "must have" list is a separate closet/room for the toilet. Our motorhome had it that way and so does our 3400RL. Most all of the newer floorplans we've looked at have the toilet in the same room as the sink and/or shower and that's a deal breaker for us.
While I'm not particularly a big fan of the look of older units with their abundance of dark wood, some of the newer units I've seen just look more cheaply made and are almost stark looking with the manufacturer's choice of materials. I guess if I had to choose, I'd still prefer the older look over the too common look of white/gray flooring and cheap looking fixtures.
While we still think sometimes about getting a newer unit, it's hard to justify the cost for mostly cosmetic stuff. That said, I think that if we got something newer it would be a higher end coach instead of something similar to our Montana.

I use bright colored pool noodles on our slide outs.
Four years ago, I made a list of our needs & wants: porcelain toilet, big shower (can't stand touching cold walls), good construction, recliners facing entertainment center, etc. Wish we could have foreseen medical problems and looked at toy haulers, would have been easier for DH to ride into 5er rather than climb steps
