It does look like that is the case. If the water rises in the shower as you put water down the sink drain that means water is backing up INTO the shower without you adding water to the shower. Again, look for an additional grey water dump valve on or near the frame in back of the rear wheel on either side.
Keep us advised with your fix. We'll help you through this.

Please Keep us posted. I have read before of people finding a plastic disc that was drilled out of the tank for a drain/vent line falling into the tank and blocking the drain line path.

I was referring to the shower drain, not sinks (bedroom or kitchen). And it may have changed on some of the new creative floor plans depending on underfloor space issues.

Picked up our 2018 3791RD 2 days ago and they are still putting them on the showers and regular P traps on sinks.

Just a thought. why do they use the hepa thing rather than a reliable p-trap, sometimes simpler is better?

That is a great ? I often have asked myself. Why change something that has worked forever. Some bean counter thought it was a good idea. If I have any trouble with mine, it will be coming out and replaced with the old school p-trap for sure.

I can verify that this does occur as I saw this for myself on a past RV I owned.

Is it possible that it's a space consideration (close quarters/tight fit) issue?

My bet is when you expose your valve you will find the set screw securing the pull cable to the valve is loose.

Glad to hear you got ahold of Keystone and they are sending a mobile tech out to diagnose your problem. Be sure to let us know what the tech finds.

Problem was that the Grey and Black tank labels were backasswards. THe grey tank was in fact full but it was labeled as the black tank which I did not mess with. A few days ago I was flushing the “black tank” and was wondering why the return looked so clean - I just figured I was a real clean guy. Who would a thought that the tanks were mislabeled. Wow - working fine now - although I think I may have damaged the HEPA valve which is what I think I had in the shower drain. I guess I can live without that - seems to be p-traps under sink and under RV main drain so not sure it is needed anyway. I appreciate everyone’s help and concern.

my '17 305RL had the two labels crossed - dealer caught it when it was in for fridge service.
I think HEPA valve keeps smells in tank ... replace, I would or p-trap it

Max- I would do as Ram Montana High Country stated and replace that HEPA valve. It can be accessed, I think, by taking out the basement storage wall and getting under the shower area and taking the damaged one out and replacing it with another or a "p" trap. The gray tank will not give off the bad odors that the black tank but it will still give you sewer gasses when you dump the gray. Better safe than sorry, the way I look at it!
Glad you found the problem and now you know how to fix it if it should happen again on another drain.

Me too - I should have been suspicious seeing that the black colored valve handle was labeled as Grey - but I'm a little slow. My Monty is a FL - so the shower is in the back. I am afraid that access is going to through the belly - if in fact there was a HepaVo trap there - I still am not sure.
Thanks for your help

If that's a part of the new fangled hapa trap, I want no parts of it. I would be replacing it the tried and true p/trap.

Man, I don’t know. It doesn’t resemble any part of what little I saw of one in a video. Hopefully someone can tell me WTH this is ! I don’t know what else it could be though.
Thanks

Looks like it could be part of the Hepa valve. I think the reason they use it is because it prevents water from the tank from sloshing back into the shower if you are moving with a nearly full tank, something a p-trap wouldn't do. Not an issue with the sinks because they are physically higher.
