I agree that Goodyear says 7 years however each circumstance is different. We are in hot and humid weather nearly all year and we watch all our tires closely for dry rot and cracks .We run good year wranglers on the truck.
We do the same as trlrboy and will sell our tires usually to a local boater for their boat trailer.

We check our RV tires every year for dry rot and cracked side walls. At 5 years we will buy new tires regardless of the miles or cost. Thus far these G614s show no signs of anything after 2/1/2 years
2 1/2 years

We purchased this Montana in June of 2012 so it is actually 3 1/2 years.

WOW! I am impressed! To say the least! Marjorie and I have been to two National Rallys and two Western Rallys where everyone reached out to us with advice and friendship. However, I never have posted a question on the MOC. I have just monitored what everyone else had to say. Importantly, ...thank you ...so much...for ALL your responses and comments! This full timing lifestyle can sometimes lead to feelings of the loss of the close friendships we had in our old neighborhood ...but these responses prove once again...that we are living in a new neighborhood!!! I hope to meet all of you "on the trail" one day...or at a Rally!

I just priced the G614 at Camping World....$364.72 each + $33.00 each to mount (and balance...he thinks).. Checking Discount Tires next. They gotta be cheaper.

At the National rally , the gent from Tredit said that G614s were not restricted to time.

Hello Hook
I agree with some reservation. The G-614 is an “all steel” tire. This means that the material used in the “cords” to reinforce the tire and make it usable are all steel. I would still watch closely after the 7 year casing warranty has passed to make sure there are no side wall cracks that would allow moister to cause the steel cord to rust.
