Well I fixed the vacuum breaker. It was sent by Keystone as mentioned earlier. They did not send the replacement rubber gasket seen at the far left.
I also figured out why this valve snapped at the threads (1/2 way across the top of this setup in the wall). There is an 90 degree elbow that goes on the gasket to the left. The input and return lines are the thick plastic water lines (inflexible). About 8 inches below this valve, there is a metal clamp that pulls both of these lines tightly together. This puts a HUGE bind on that top cross piece and mine snapped right in half as shown above.
I strongly suggest everyone open up a new access panel at this valve (I will show a picture later as I am running behind getting ready for work at Epcot) and unscrew that metal band and take one of those hoses out of that clamp to relieve that pressure. Can't believe there haven't been more problems with this...
