"Pop, thump, clunk" says the jacks
I know the fix for the 6 point levelers in fact I've had the fluid under the sink for 6 months waiting for me, Mr Lazy, to swap it in.
I'm just curious, do others with the same problem only experience it while parked on a concrete or asphalt pad? Everything is nice and quiet on dirt or gravel but park her on a solid pad and she clunks all the time with almost every step. Heck the 7lb dog can make her clunk.

That's exactly when you hear most of the noise. I added a quart of the CAT fluid shortly after Lippert came out with the fix in, I think, July 2013. Haven't had a pop from the system since, it really works.

I always place 2x10x10 wood pads under all 6 levelers as this seems to make the unit more stable. I never put them down directly on grass, pavement, concrete, etc.
Our Monty still pops after we added a quart of TORCO racing fork oil to the system last year. Just last week I got another qt of the same and will add it today maybe. Sure hope this stops it. Mine seems to be worse when the outside temperature makes a noticeable change

Had the same issue on our new 2015 with the levelup system, put a quart of the CAT fluid in it and has made a huge difference. I also put something under the pads when letting them down.

The Lippert instructions did say a second quart of fork oil or the CAT fluid could be needed if one did not work. The only time I use anything under the jacks is if the park requires it, usually due to blacktop paving of the sites, or if we are in a soft area that may allow the pads to sink. Pavement or concrete, have no popping at all.

I added the CAT Fluid to mine and it helped a lot. Still have some popping occasionally. Might have to add another quart.

Please tell me more about this "CAT fluid". Where does one find it? I do remember now reading about it in the documentation for my trailer. Thanks!

Don't know if this is related to your situation or not, but ours started with the popping noise. They we started losing elevation on the front jacks. We would level up, then within three days the front end would drop to anywhere between -5 to -9 on the level up screen. The front jacks would also creep down as we towed requiring that we raise them after every couple hours or so of driving. Keystone evaluated it at the Fall Rally and determined that we had a faulty valve. They replaced it and both front jacks. The problem has now been resolved.

I got the CAT fluid at a Caterpillar tractor dealer. You might call one where you are just to make sure they have it in stock, and it would be in their parts department. It will be Caterpillar Hydraulic Oil Additive 1U-9891.
