No Power
We came home to find the 5ht wheel running on battery. We are pluged into a 30amp service. We have the blue lights on the shore power cable, lights on at the hard wired surge prtector, but no power to the 5th wheel. Any Ideas?

My power distribution panel has a main CB, then a bunch of discrete CBs for each house circuit. Have you checked these 110v power distribution panel circuit breakers?

No power at all in the coach? Lights, outlets, microwave, fridge, televisions, ?
Make sure your power cord is connected securely at both ends.
Check your main circuit breaker at your breaker panel. Even if it does not appear to be tripped, flip it off and back on. Try cycling the 30 amp breaker at the power pedastal also.
If still no power, time to dig out the voltmeter and start some troubleshooting.

I had already flipped all the breakers and undid the power cord and reconnected it. I got the generator out this morning and started it. Everything is working with the generator. Must be the campground electric. Thanks.

You didn't mention if you have a surge guard or an EMS, but if it is an EMS and there is any problems with the campground power, it will prevent the rig from getting power. Not sure how the surge guards work with respect to low or high voltage, etc.

I would remove any thing in between the pedastal and trailer hook up direct. you need to take multiple things out of the equation first.

What lights are on at the hardwired surge protector? Do they indicate any faults?
Check the neutral (white) in your anaconda cable along with the other wires - black (hot), red (hot) and green (ground) to make sure they are securely connected.
