In order to enlarge or reduce the overall size of a photo you will need some sort of photo editing program. Some of these programs are online and are free for reducing the size. Hopefully someone will jump in with that Free site info.
Enlarging a photo is a bit trickier so as not to distort the photo and this typically requires buying a more expensive program and a ton of experience.
If you want to move a photo or even text you need to use the proper tag For the above statement I used the text here tag
If you want to move the photo or text to the right
You would change the center tag to text here
If you want the text or photo to the left do nothing.

I use Easy Thumbnails software that is a free download at www.fookes.com. I don't know how it works but it is simple, keeps the sharpness of the picture and I can reduce a 2mb drawing to 20k in about a minute or less. You can adjust the size in a preview window before saving. Hope this helps,
Bingo

Brad and Jenni,
I had a great deal of trouble figuring all this picture stuff out, computers are not my bag, but when I found Tinypics, it really helped me. I use them for resizing, posting and archiving my photo's. You might go there and try them as well as the other sites mentioned. Maybe a one stop shop here.

X2 with Irfanview...I love that program. Crop, resize, sharpen...even for a knucklehead like me it's fun. Keep me away from the more complicated programs.

I save mine at www.photobucket.com . You have to sign up, but it's free. And all your pictures remain in your album until you delete them. Tinypics is also good but the drawback is it's nigh impossible finding the picture again if you lose the url and eventually they will delete the picture. But either will work.

IrfanView gets my vote also. It seems to be one of the fastest at resizing and it's easy to use[
