Fridge shelves cracking
In our 07 Mountaineer all the plastic shelves in the fridge door are cracking. We leave it on when we are home so I don't think it is from temp. change. Also when we load it down for trips the normal stuff goes in them....anyone else having problems??

Never had that problem on previous refrigerators. Is your unit still under warranty or possibly extended warranty? If so, then you should be covered.

we have not had that prob in our 04 Mountaineer at all. we keep ours on at all times also, and keep it load also. that should not be happening in your 07.

We've experienced the same on our 06 Mountaineer. Our juice shelf in the freezer is cracked, and the bottom door shelf broke and fell in the floor on the way to Aransas Pass. Our unit was at the dealer for a month though, and I doubt seriously if they ran the fridge.

Same thing in mine. I thought I had done it,maybe it's just a bad batch of shelves. I was just going to get replacements. If it is a bad batch then maybe they should be replaced by the MANUFACTURER.

I had oneof the small shelves break off completely and the botton shelve is starting to crack.
I didnot think of the extended warranty will have to check on it. The small shelf cost $58.00 plus tax and shipping from CW, way to much for a small plactic shelf. I found it a little cheaper a PPL RV but need in quick so went with CW.
I think mine broke because I had loaded it down with bottle beer and on the way home from Bodaga Bay hit some big chuck holes, also broke some dishes.
If anybody knows of a cheap place to get these let me know. Still need to replace the bottom shelf.
I will check into the extended warrenty option.
