Floor problem
I have a 2019 3791Rd
I am wondering the warranty on the floor of the dining room seems to have a soft spot or a hole. I can push it up a little from the outside. How do I fix this?

There is no warranty for a soft floor 4 years after it was new since it is likely the result of a leak. Possibly if this occurred in (say) 10 months after the sale - it would be a warranty item.
You need to find the source of the leak and seal it up. In the screen shot below…
1. The bottom slide trim angle is a common leak spot. There are lots of YouTube videos on this fix.
2. Check the caulk around the windows. Some have determined that the butyl tape that the window is set into have gaps that allow moisture in. The solution is to remove the window and set it into new butyl tape.
3. Check the window - same as above.
4. Check the vertical joint for bad caulk joints.

So there is no sign of water or moisture. I felt around under neath and feels like the edge of the plywood missed the support.

Trying to upload pics but it is not working.
I think I need to investigate what is going on. Do I pull back the carpet to see or do I take apart the bottom.
Either way it seem the plywood needs to be replaced or reinforced.
What hold that corner together?

Here is a pic of the floor. Doesn’t show any sign until you step on it.

Watch this video on floor replacement for a small slide box. This work is done on an older Montana and it is the bedroom slide that has a hydraulic slide mechanism. I believe yours has an electric thru-wall slide mechanism...close enough. Your slide will not have the steel angle bracket which is attached to the top of the floor for the hydraulic ram. I am not saying you need replace the plywood floor - but watching the video and seeing the steps and how it is constructed may give you ideas for correcting your issue.
I have attached a sketch I did based on watching the video that illustrates how I BELIEVE the slide box is constructed. Hope this helps.

Thank you. This is a huge help.
Upon further investigation is seems the floor is rotten.
Does anyone know if this could be covered under insurance since it is water damage?
