RV Nation, Hurricane/St George UT
I hope alot of folks see this. My recent experience gives these guys(and gals) 5 gold stars.
LONG STORY SHORT.
They was able to get a service tech to me on Monday, when I called on a Thursday I think.
Service tech was top knotch and did everything required for Warranty Claim.
Took a week+ for the Warranty inspector to get his part done, but RV Nation was on top of it and inspector finally came and all repairs were made shortly there after.
Turns out Minor Toilet leak was denied because the manufacturer warranty was still in effect. I asked RV Nation, If I should pay them and go back to manufacturer for refund--They said no they would get with manufacturer and if there was a problem I could make it right with them later. Told me we'll be in touch you just go and enjoy your travels.
I think every year, this will be our first stop for first 3-7 days, so If we have any issues we can work with RV Nation to get things fixed!!!
