Return RV?
Please help. Do we have any recourse to return our 2019, HC 330 rl? We bought our HC a year ago. Of course, the warranty just expired, but it has been in the shop half the time! We are very disappointed with the quality of this unit. What can we do now?

Have you researched lemon laws in AZ?

Exactly what are your issues? Are they manufacturer faults? Sub equipment faults? Did you do a thorough PDI? Being "in the shop half the time" has nothing to do with the manufacturer and everything to do with the dealer unless verified otherwise.

Floor in bedroom has been replaced from roller dents, did it again. Window in bedroom pops out, had to replace. A/c does not work efficiently, shower door latch broke, refrigerator makes loud noise. Buzzing noise cycles on and off. No one can fix it. Now brakes have locked and need replacing. I could go on. Very frustrated!

RVs are frustrating and have issues. How many have you owned?

R121, I hope you didn't buy it from Lazy Days? I did and now go to Freedom RV for service. Talk to Larry in the service dept. at Freedom, he has been very helpful to us.
Elka is the service writer in the service dept. she is awsome.

The odds are not in your favor, but to make a proper decision you need to spend the money on a good attorney.

Sounds like you need a competent RV service place for all these repairs.....that could change your outlook and get you back on the road to using it.

Drive it through the showroom. Or back it so you don’t damage your truck.

I would consider a repair only shop. Those guys make a living at fixing stuff and are generally not overloaded like dealers.

No problem returning your camper. You should have got about 30% off retail and you will get way less than that from a dealer. Then you will have a choice quit or start all over again with potentially as many problems as you have now. Of course you could go to a repair shop and have it fixed and save thousands it you care to have a camper.
Your AC problem is wide spread and is probably the ducts needing to be opened up. At any rate all of your problems can be fixed. If it was my camper I would take one problem at a time and fix it the way it should have come from the factory. Fall is here you will have all winter to fix all the problems. Then enjoy it next season.

Agree about AC
Our "Quiet garbage" in the main cabin did NOT push air thru the vent in our 2019 HC until my husband got UP in there pulling, shifting and taping stuff. Thank God we have a dump ac in our bedroom. Saving grace until all the fixes including making cones to direct ac volume DOWNWARD by vent near entry door/coffee station area.
Sorry about all your troubles. Great people here that can walk you thru fixes.

Join the club ours will have been in the shop more than 6 months since ownership on our 2019. It is back in now because most of the warranty issues were not fixed. The problem is these shops fix the problem without fixing the CAUSE of the problem making the issues recurring and habitual. These methods are only cheap bandaid to get the RV past the 1 year warranty liability. This is how Keystone gets away with building garbage with little liability...

Besides being sarcastic this is terrible advice as this is why keystone is not held accountable for poor quality control. To compound that like in my case mine spent 6 months in the shop for warranty so in reality we missed out on 6 months of warranty since it sat idle. and now we have many that would have been warranty issues but because we lost 6 months we are technically our of warranty. With many issues these Montanas have there needs to be a more robust service network. It is almost like a Ponzi scheme in terms of winners and losers...
