Elsewhere ** you can find that I'm replacing springs on our HC due my screw up measuring. OK, the new springs are here and now I need to decide what bushings to use - the usual MORryde/Dexter wet bolts or the Lippert Never Fail. I've had less then stellar luck with the bronze bushings with abnormal, IMO, wear on the bolt itself. And before you mutter something about my not greasing them, they were done before ever trip.
OK, with that disclaimer decision time.. Has anyone used the Lippert Never Fail bushing? If so have you greased them as well? I'm using wet bolt heavy duty shackles as well as their bolts. Or will I be the 'test dummy' if I use those Never Fail bushings and grease? Or should I just fall in line and go back to the MORrydes as I have enough parts to go either way?
Your opinions and/or experience are requested!!
