Today I received a letter signed by Marcus Lemonis.
It said that I had requested when I first enrolled that they charge my annual dues (I don't remember doing that).
He said they would auto renew my membership unless I called to cancel the renewal. After I logged into my account, I discovered that there was no option to cancel on their web page .
I called and spoke to a customer care specialist and requested no auto renewal. She said she noted my request in my record. When I asked for a confirmation email of my request and her cancellation action, I was told that she could not do that. They were not setup to provide me with an email (customer care?)

I told her that was unacceptable and I requested that she forward my request for a confirmation email to her supervisor

I like to review the performance of and my satisfaction with any service I subscribe to. I do not like default opt-in business practices.
BTW, I was not unhappy with Good Sam up until today.
I am posting this as an awareness issue for others here that may receive the same letter.
