Good Experience - American Modern
Just a note to let you know about a GOOD EXPERIERNCE I had ith my extended warrenty provider, American Modern.
In January I had to replace the power converter in my 5th wheel while on our winter trip to Florida. The replacement was done prior to calling American Modern for authorization.
In March, After I returned home to Kentucky, I contacted American Modern to see if they would cover the cost of the replacement. It should be noted that in my warrenty contract it states that I must first call American Modern prior to having any work performed.
Even through I did not call in advance, American modern quickly OK'd a refund of my expenses minus my $100 deductible.
