lvlnbrhd, you may need to pull the refrigerator out of the cabinet and look behind it to see if the water line is actually connected to something for that Samsung refrigerator.
You should be able to see a water line under the slide out. It will be a flexible hose of some sort. Mine is connected with a flexible household bathroom sink or a toilet connecting silver braded hose with 1/2 inch threads on both ends. Mine is 40 inches long. In the photo below, I added a separate low point drain just for this hose to drain the water from the refrigerator hose. It works quiet well. It also helps to purge the water out of the line and replace it with RV antifreeze up to that point. That way I don't have to stand at the ice maker and push that little button to cycle the water a hundred and fifty times to get the RV antifreeze displaced through 20 feet of pipes.
Look for a hose, something like in the photo below. My hose is zip tied to a spring that extends the width of the slide when opened. This keeps the hose from sagging and getting caught in the retracted slide out.
Here's a photo of the valve under the kitchen sink. It's the black valve (on the vertical pipe) -- the darker blue PEX pipe. The brighter red and blue horizontal pipes are for an outside shower I installed.
And here's a photo of where the other valve is located. If you look at the right side wall of the refrigerator, down at the bottom on the floor against the back wall under the window is a black plastic covered box. My other valve is under that plastic box. The plastic box is to keep from kicking the valve when sitting at the table. (FYI, we took out the original table and chairs. This works a lot better for us.)
