Finally brought our new trailer home!
Wednesday was the big day, and all went well. Our dealer was just as good with the pdi as they were in the sales process back in the spring so we are hopeful looking forward in that regard. They did a great job prepping it ahead of time and after the 2 hour walkthrough they spent with us, we found nothing that needed attention during the 3 more hours that the wife and I spent going over it out in the lot. All the lug and suspension bolts were torqued to spec, fresh grease in the wet bolts, and I could see several places where they touched up the dicor on the roof. They left enough water in the tanks from their prep that we could play with all the fixtures and practice with the dump valves and low point drains.
Thanks to all of you and this forum for the education you have given us since we started following along this past spring, it has been priceless for us as we have not camped in years and are newbies to 5th wheels and these fancy units.
We are loading it up and the first camp out is next week, can’t wait.
I also learned here that we needed a starting point to go from on weights so we got that taken care of too. Let the fun begin!

Thank you, and we did!
We spent 4 days on the shakedown camp out and all went well. We had 2 beautiful days and 2 not so beautiful days weather wise and that was perfect for running the air conditioners and the furnace, heat pump and fireplace. All mechanical systems checked out perfectly. We even baked cookies in the oven.
It pulls easily and behaves well behind the truck.
The only 2 hiccups was the motion light at the bottom of the stairs turns on and off constantly. We didn’t notice it until the first night and it drove me nuts trying to figure it out. I searched it here on the forum and see that we aren’t the only ones, lol. The second night we just laughed at it until we fell asleep.
The other is that 2 of the slide toppers hold rain water. (It really rained). Next time I think I will try raising the front of the trailer a couple of inches after it levels up if we are expecting rain so that the water runs off the back of the toppers instead of the front right next to the door. I’ll ask my dealer about it but I’m not too concerned.
We are going out again in 10 days and hopefully things go just as smooth. Looking forward to it.

I purchased PVC pipe, and made stand than prevents puddling in slide out covers. Simple process.
Happy trails.

Congrats! My wife and I are getting ready to start shopping in the next few months, hope to have our Montana by next summer (our 1st RV), then going full time. We are now looking for a great dealer and it looks like you found one, can you share dealer name and salesperson? Sounds like you have not yet experienced their service department, but they sound good so far.
Actually, any comments from others on Tiara/Team Montana or Haylett? Any others you can recommend? Thanks

We bought our trailer from Fame RV in Saegertown PA. I dealt with the daughter of the founder of the business and part owner, Brenda.
I have only interacted with her, and the service manager at the time of the delivery. No complaints, but it’s early and I’ve only had the trailer 3 weeks!
I could not form any relationship with the Montana dealer down the street from my house, unfortunately. That’s why we went looking.
I can tell you that Fame brings the trailers in the shop ahead of time and “finishes the build” for the manufacturers. I saw them doing some pretty in depth “dealer prep” work on a new Paradigm prior to delivery and I know that they put several man hours into mine before I showed up on pdi day. It might have something to do with why some folks have a laundry list of problems the first time out and I have 1 item (so far), a faulty motion light.
Good luck shopping.
