Pullrite Superglide and Mor-ryde Pin Box
Does anyone have the combination of a Pullrite Superglide and the Mor-Ryde pin box? Looking to see if this combination works together.

YES IT DOES. At least mine works great and I'd see no reason everyone else's wouldn't also.

Glenn, I just talked to Pull rite and they have a specific capture plate for Mor-Ryde, as compared to what they call a "universal plate". Linda said that some customers experience a "rubber band effect" if the wrong plate is used. Have you had an issues at all with the new pin box and the Super glide? Any difference in how you hitch/unhitch?
Right now our Monty rides very level, I would not want to loose this if I went to the new Mor-Ryde.
Thanks!

Linda said that some customers experience a "rubber band effect" if the wrong plate is used.I believe the rubber band effect is caused due to the wrong spring rubber being used. Here's the spring rubberHere is a Pin Box ID guide from Mor-Ryde
Have you had an issues at all with the new pin box and the Super glide?NONE
Any difference in how you hitch/unhitch?None at all. Exactly the same.

We have the combo of SuperGlide 18K hitch and the Mor/Ryde kingpin and it is great. Mor/Ryde installed the kingpin at the Fall Rally right at our campsite. Great investments and great ride overall.

When we bought in july of 2008 keystone said mor-ride would not work with pull-rite I would love to know who at Keystone said that. In January 2007 I got my Mor-Ryde pin box and the capture plate designed specifically for this combo. It was working in early 2007 why wouldn't it work in July 2008
but at the rally pull rite said it works great Mor-Ryde along with PullRite came up with the new capture plate designed just for the Mor-Ryde box back in 2006.
or we would have the more-ride on ours now,,sailer You missed out on a great combination

When you converted from the original pin box to the Mor-Ryde did you alter the level of the Montana as you tow? Right now I am towing very level, I would hate to loose this after the upgrade.
Thanks

If you order the correct model and use the same mounting holes nothing should change. BUT have plenty of help as these pin boxes are heavy. NOT a one man job.

The new Mor/Ryde pin box was put on yesterday, I can't wait to see how it helps on the trip tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestions!
