Mini blind removal

The little mini blind to the right of my stove REALLY needs cleaning. I took the end caps off and expected the blind to slide out (like my ones at the stick house do) but it didn't budge. Are there screws that have to be removed or what?

You will probably need to remove the valance in order to get to the blind. Once you remove the valance you should be able to see some screws.
