Awning
Sometimes when we let the awning out one side comes out and not the other...luckily both times this has happened we just closed it and it was fine, but just wondering if anyone has had this problem and what would be the cause....thanks Wendy

I find my door side of the awning hangs. I push up on the pole a little and try to jerk or wiggle it out. I also have problems with the awning winding up crooked and the poles are slanted to the base. I have to unwind and rewind.

Ours does the same as John's. I just take the pole and pull on the top of the awning at the end and it will free up. Then I unroll it. I just never have looked to see what it is catching on.

This seems to be a common problem as the right side of our awning gets hung up all the time. I just pull the strap out on the left side a few inches and then go over and pull out the right side and then pull the entire awning down. It has been this way ever since it was new.

Mine comes out just fine, it's the going back in part that causes problems. It seems to be about 1/4" off,so I can't move it without having a big hole in the side.

Yup, same here and do the same push up and tug methods to get her to unroll.
