Yes, the kitchen slide is the one with the nylon/plastic bearing strip under the slide.

Have you noticed that the wd40 dry lube PTFE is no longer on shelves? Haven't found anywhere I've looked.

There is a Keystone fix to add rollers under the slide because the nylon strips wear-out and get flat. There is a service bulletin from Keystone with a kit and instructions. That's what I had done and it fixed the problem

So if I understand, clean and spray on the rollers the slide sets on?

I spray everything, the rollers wear bar from inside and the bottom of the slides. I still rarely find the PTFE wd-40. When I do see it in Erie,PA. It's at my closest Walmart.

Yes on everything. I spray the bottom of the slide also. I have found the other slide jumps also a little and spraying the bottom of the slide helps. Clean off the bottom of the slide before hand so no dirt transfers to the carpet on the inside. I learned that the hard way..

Is there any chance you might have some info to help me track the service bulletin and kit down? The kitchen slide on our 343RL just started shuddering/jumping and I'm exploring options to fix it.

I'm just running into this problem. It looks like we have rollers under the bedroom slide, but a wear bar under the kitchen slide which is the one giving us problems. I'm not sure I'm understanding you correctly. Are you spraying PTFE from the inside onto the wear bar?

I spray the bottom of the slide from the outside when it’s extended. Clean off the bottom first. Wiping with a damp rag is usually sufficient. I didn’t do that one time and I had dirt transferring onto the carpet. Can’t be good for the wear bar also so cleaning the bottom of the slide once in a while is now routine for me.

Here is the video I saw. I used the PTFE spray on ours about 3 times over a week or so and the shuddering is gone.

I did review that video... exactly what ours is doing. That is a different model but i think the fix could be the same. I will try CTWander's fix first and see it that solves it. That is cheaper and quick... Do you know how he cleaned the wear bar before the dry lube? Thanks

I don't think he cleaned the wear bar, but rather the bottom of the slide. I used the same PTFM RMcNeal posted an Amazon link to. I slipped the tube above the seal and sprayed it the whole length of the slide. I let it set for a day or so to dry out and the shuddering was improved, but not gone. I did it a couple more times letting it dry in between and no shuddering now.

I know a guy who had the bumping & shuddering and he cleaned the bottom of slide and then rubbed a bar of soap all over the bottom of slide and as far as I know it is still operating smoothly.
