Level Rv steps will not touch ground

Frank64 Montana Fan Join Date: Jun 2019 Location: Summerville Posts: 138 M.O.C. #24370	Level Rv steps will not touch ground My 19th anniversary 3791rd is on a permanent site. Has been for the past couple of years. Recently Ive had to auto level the RV with no issue. After I level the unit I put the steps back down and they reach the ground with the same extension. This last time I did this the steps remained about a 1”-1 1/2” off the ground.. what is the procedure to adjust the jacks so everything is back in sync. Appreciate all input
