I tow a 2019 3121RL with 2020 3500 SB SRW with pullrite Autoslide hitch rated for 24,000 lbs. (Heavier rating than needed) I have also have air bags to assist in leveling out. I have 22,000 miles on so far this year and cannot complain at all about my setup. Very satisfied with ride and weight distribution. Worst case scenario I was 300 lbs overweight on my rear axle.
