Need to protect curtain mount from our recliners

2007 3400RL. A while back our recliners that were in the rear of the living room died, so we moved the couch from the curbside slideout to the rear (it fit, but barely) and bought LazyBoy theater seating with a console in the middle for the slideout. We bought wall huggers, but what we have found is that when we travel the theater seating moves just enough backwards that it hits the lower curtain mounts on either side of the window there and pulls them loose. I originally thought about anchoring the legs of the seating to the floor, but we travel with two dogs and a cat and we routinely have to get behind the seating to retrieve toys, etc., so that won,t work. I need to put something behind the seating that will keep it from moving backwards. My initial thought was to put a toilet paper holder over each curtain lower attachment (with a roll on each of them) which would be hidden from view and should keep the seating from moving back and hitting the wall when traveling. This group is so resourceful that I thought I would post this and see if anyone has a better idea. Thoughts?
