I have been driving semi for over 30 yrs and have only had 2 blowouts commercially. PROPER inflation and inspection and alignments are bigger factor in safety and good tire wear patterns and life cycle of the tires.

I have NEVER had a blowout in any camper Ive owned, Avg. of 7500 miles a year towing camper. (5 in the last 20 years).
