We will have a Jewelry making class on
Saturday 6/13 at 1pm. We'll be working with Ice Resin which is a quickly forming hard resin that you pour into a bezel (a surrounding frame) that you have filled with whatever tickles you’re fancy. I'll bring pendant styled bezels shaped like hearts, squares or circles (each 1 inch). You will have a choice of which kind of necklace (attaches to the pendant so you can wear around your neck) you would like to use - chain, imitation leather or organza cord. We will provide some items that you can choose for customizing your pendant (background papers, charms, gems, pearls, keys, etc.), but I recommend thinking about what you would like to use (such as a small picture, a flower, sand, a shell - anything that has a meaning to you). Here are a some samples made recently by my friends and I...
The one in the silver bezel included a flower I picked from the yard along with some charms. I love the idea of sand and sea shells that have been collected in our travels. I have made them using pictures of my dogs (remember the size of the bezel is 1 inch – so the pictures need to be small), bring a picture and I will help you shape it and fit into the bezel of your choice.

While we won't be quite as adventurous as some of the projects on this website (at least this time), please let your imagination guide you.
Cost will be $12 each. Please state which shape (circle, heart, and square), which finish (silver or brass) and which style of necklace (chain, imitation leather or organza cord). I will have several options, but want to make sure I have enough of each.
