12v light bulbs?

I wanted to have some spare 12v light bulbs on hand in case one burned out. The ones I was looking at were the ones with the push in and twist base. The bulb rack at Camping World had bunches of bulbs that all looked the same, but with many different model numbers. None of the help could tell me what the different numbers meant. They also tried to convince me that I should replace my bulbs with the extremely higher priced LED lights.

Does anyone have a simple guide to the meaning of light bulb numbers?
