2013 2nd AC Unit
Just an FYI. We ordered the second factory AC for out 3750FL. Went in bedroom (ours is in back so this is where the second AC is) and didn't see the AC unit but had verified it was on the roof. All I saw were two AC ducts in the ceiling and two what looked like air intake vents. The service technician said that's how they're doing it now instead of the unit sticking into the room. I said so is this an "upgrade" from the previous way and he said yes. Anyone know if this is true? Definitely cuts down on the noise inside as compared to the main unit in the kitchen/dining area.
Also he said they had the covers off, and we also got a 15k unit as the second unit and he said they are doing that now on the larger units too - so that worked out well. I'm the kind that the closer I can get it to "meat locker" cool, the better. Kris is very understanding and wears a jacket or sweater.
