Dometic Fridge--Small Fuse

Have a Dometic fridge (Model RM 2862) and noted when I had the back lower inspection/maintenance cover off that there is a small inline fuse near the black fuse box on the left lower side. It's a 0ne(1) amp fuse but it was missing, not connected. Any ideas what this fuse is for? Fridge seems to be working well on AC right now but would like to know purpose of this fuse. Thanks.
