Slide Out - Individual Room Control (IRC)

Our 2010 Montana 3150 RL has the Slide Out - Individual Room Control (IRC). We have 3 slides and when I turn off the living room and bedroom slide so that I can open the 3rd slide I noticed that when I push the open button on the remote the 3rd slide opens up, but the livingroom slide (when turned off) also opens about 2 - 3 inches. Does anyone know if this is suppose to happen, and is it normal operation? Please advise.
