To Skirt or not to skirt

Hi We bought a 2010 Hickory Edition 3665 with the Moving to Montana package. The basement is heated. We are thinking about putting skirting around the bottom and around the front. I know there are several ways to attach them. Snap, twist lock and velcro. WHich way is the best and is it better to skirt it all or just the front? We were thinking it would be a nice place to store chairs, charcoaler, tubs of things we might need, when they are not in use.Trying to keep the patio clean. Any comments or thoughts on this? Thanks for your input in advance.
