How much do you weigh?

How much do you weigh, and how do you get up on your roof?

It's my understanding that the ladder is rated for 250 pounds. (No! I'm not saying that I weigh that much)(My wife says it though)

I guess one of my concerns is going up and down the ladder. Will it weaken the supports? Doesn't look that solid to me.
