Initial Hitch Height Setting

I will be installing my Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider on a Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Ford 5th Wheel prep tomorrow. I then go pick up my new Montana 3900FB on Saturday. Any advice for initial setting of the hitch head, 13", 15" or 17" high?

Or do I simply set in the middle and then adjust on site at the dealer?
