08 F350 needs front wheel alignment

When I picked up the Ford last summer, I didn't think I'd ever have to worry about another alignment. Don't know if it was hitting one of our infamous car swallowing potholes here in Ohio or not but now steering wheel is cocked slightly to the right and yet pulls slightly to the left. Ford garage has it Tuesday. Am I the exception? Anybody else face this with their Super Duty? Thanks, D
