There isn't one. If you are hooked to a water source, you can turn the valve in the center from normal flow position to the tank fill position. If you aren't hooked to a water source, then you can utilize the winterizing inlet to do the job. Refer to previous posts on this or someone will come along to give you details on how it is done.
