racerjoe Montana Master Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: silver creek Posts: 1,507 M.O.C. #7770	We have a 16K,I don't see any reason to disassemble yearly if you keep it clean and moving parts lubed. I just think they are being extra cautious for the people that don't do any maintenance to cover their a-- :-) I flip the hitch when I remove it to check it out and see if okay.
