No problems out of mine and gobs and gobs of power. Diesel is the only way to fly IMHO. Per some buds running diesels dont skimp on the maintainence. Change those fuel filters every 10k miles!
According to the instruments I get about 16mpg not towing. I dont have a monty yet so I dont know what it gets milage wise towing. I would try to find one with the camper package and the 5th wheel hitch prep package. I will say that a crewcab and long bed make this thing a pretty long truck if your not used to it!
You also might want to look at the f450 as from what I hear they turn a little tighter.. but I have no first hand expirence with that.
