Ed, There's a couple routes from Bend you can take. If you want to go south out of Bend you can take Hwy 97 to Hwy 58, then across to Springfield/Eugene and on to Florence. Another route is to go out of Bend on Hwy 20, through Sisters, and cross Santiam Pass, stay on 20 to the McKenzie Hwy (Rte 126) cutoff, which takes you to the Springfield/Eugene area and on to Florence. There's a couple RV parks in Bend - Crown Villa and Scandia - other MOC members who have stayed there could tell you what they are like. Here in La Pine (south of Bend on Hwy 97) there's a Coast to Coast park, Cascade Meadows, and some small RV parks, as well as a state park, if you take the route south.
