OKKK, here's my take on the list (which is rather good, but we each get to personalize it! )

60 gallons fresh water, change that number

rarely 25 gallons in holding tanks, usually much less

50 cans of canned food, well, if ya count the barkers food, OK, but for the people, nope, wayyyy toooooo high

Books and magazines, close, I think I have more when I add in my research books.

Comuter and supplies, I hope it is only 60 pounds.

shoes, WHO ARE THEY KIDDING??? he might get 8 pair, I get MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charcoal equipment, we carry LOT less than that, little propane grill, a few small bottles of propane, I get to take more books now, to make up the 60 pounds

Tools 60 pounds?? HA HA HA, ROTFLM you know what OFF!! Think he has more weight in tools than I do in books!

Think the silverware and dishes and pots and pans could be low number too.

Great thing bout these lists is they really make ya think, I believe a ladies sweater weighs about 2 pounds???

Great post.
